Return & Refund Policy

1. General Return Conditions
Due to the heavy-duty nature and logistical costs of shipping the Bhujal Yantra, we do not accept general returns unless the product arrives with genuine, heavy damage sustained during transit.

2. Damages During Installation
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any damages incurred by the user or third-party plumbers during the installation process. To ensure a seamless and safe setup, we provide comprehensive guidance with every purchase:

• A detailed, step-by-step installation manual.

• A complete instructional video.

• Direct phone support for special, complex installation scenarios.

3. Discretionary Returns
If you still wish to return an undamaged product, we can accommodate the request under the following strict conditions:

• The return request must be officially submitted within 4 days of the delivery date.

• A flat fee of ₹500 will be deducted from your final refund to compensate for shipping and handling logistics. The remaining balance will be credited back to your original payment method once the unit is returned and inspected.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

• After Dispatch: If you cancel your order after it has already left our facility, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover the courier charges.
