1. General Agreement
By accessing this website and purchasing the Bhujal Yantra from Urban Paani Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Intellectual Property & Patents
The Bhujal Yantra features a patented double-gravity and triple-filtration mechanism protected by official patents from the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of India.
All designs, engineering mechanics, text, and graphics on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. Sachin Pawade and Urban Paani Solutions.
Purchasing the product grants you a license for personal use of the physical unit. It does not grant the right to replicate, reverse-engineer, or commercially distribute the design or internal mechanics of the filter.
3. Installation & Usage Responsibility
The Bhujal Yantra is designed to interface with existing rooftop drainage and borewell systems.
User Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is installed correctly. We provide a detailed manual and instructional video to guide this process.
Third-Party Installation: If you hire a third-party plumber, you are responsible for ensuring they follow our provided guidelines. Urban Paani Solutions is not liable for any damages to your property, plumbing, or the filter itself caused by improper installation.
Maintenance: The user is responsible for the periodic cleaning of the sedimentation chamber and replacing the purification capsule at an interval of an year to ensure the 70L/min flow rate and prevent overflow. Installation of the overflow valve provided in the package is mandatory as it controls water pressure during heavy downpour. Damages incurred if customer does not install it will not be responsibility of Urban Paani Solutions.
4. Limitation of Liability
While the Bhujal Yantra is built for extreme durability, Urban Paani Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This includes, but is not limited to, property flooding due to unmaintained/clogged filters, or borewell contamination resulting from improper installation or failure to replace filtration media when necessary. Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are subject to our 4-Day Return & Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions regarding transit damage, the ₹500 discretionary return fee, and post-dispatch cancellation shipping deductions.
6. Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Wardha, Maharashtra – 442001.
